This is just a small page about me and this blog. It's not meant to be a very serious page. Just a small corner of the web where I can write and rant and show some pictures.

I'm a 26 (going on 27) year old geek fascinated be computers, programming, Free/Open Source Software and the whole OSS movement. I'm a proud member of the Cluj Free Software Group, a local group dedicated to the promotion of F/OSS started by a few friends of mine.
Born in Baia Mare, right now I'm in Cluj Napoca, where I work as a software developer for a local company. Mostly C/C++ and some web development (Javascript, HTML).

...board games
I love board games. :) I am a member of a group that promotes this kind of games for the young (and old) people in Cluj. We have open game nights every two weeks in a cafe in town (usually on Sunday). We also have weekly visits to a few schools. As soon as the weather warms up a bit, we're gonna move the game nights outside on a terrace.

...photography
I've loved photography ever since my father bought me a used Russian camera when I turned 18. Last year I finally managed to buy a DSLR camera and I've been shooting happilly ever since. I have a gallery here and some more pictures here.
